If a currency conversion takes place when withdrawing your cash fund balance to your bank account (e.g. cash fund in €EUR transferred to a £GBP bank account), a currency conversion fee of 2% will be applied.

To secure your cash fund and offer your guests a premium payment experience wherever they are in the world, we only charge a commission at the time of payment when a donation is made to your cash fund. There are no other charges, transfer your available balance to your bank account whenever you want, for free

Who can use Un Grand Jour?: We offer an online gift registry and cash fund service for individuals and organisations. On Un Grand Jour, you can create a personalised cash fund page just for you. You’ll receive a custom URL to share with your friends and family.
What type of gift list can I create?: Our users create lists for all kinds of occasions, including wedding lists, honeymoons, baby lists, birthday lists and Christmas gift lists. They are usually couples organising their wedding or new parents looking to announce the birth of their child.
Is it secure?: Our platform is accredited by ACPR banque de France to guarantee the security of your funds. All payment data is processed by Stripe, which secures your money. We use the highest security standards (3D Secure) to authenticate every transaction. Your funds are guaranteed up to €100,000 by our insurer AIG.
How long does it take to access the money in my cash fund?: We automatically transfer all donations made to your cash fund to you. This allows us to guarantee you quick access to your money, which is available in your bank account within 5 to 8 days after a donation has been made.
Can I restrict access to my list with an access code?: You can secure access to your list with a passcode that you can share with your loved ones. You can also choose to hide your list at any time.
How long will my list be available?: Your lists on Un Grand Jour have no expiration date. There's no need to close a list to access the funds as we automatically transfer all donations made by your loved ones to you. You can restrict access to a list at any time directly from your account.
